Stitched by Whit aims to boost the confidence of each and every beautiful woman near and far. The mission is to help women feel confident, seen and cared for- starting with their hair. I create custom, glueless closure wigs that are designed for real life: easy to wear, protective of your natural hair, and ready when you are. My goal is to serve all women—especially those who’ve been let down by hairstylists or struggled with hair loss—by offering comfortable, long-lasting wigs that don’t require glue, complicated installs with a hairstylist, or constant salon visits. Every unit is made with intention and care, providing not just a look—but a solution. This isn’t just about wigs. It’s about restoring trust, offering freedom and convenience, and helping women reclaim their time, beauty, and peace of mind—one custom glueless ready to wear unit at a time. About Whit also known as Whitney:
I started Stitched By Whit because I was tired—tired of stylists causing more harm than good to my natural hair. I wanted to grow my hair and protect it, but I couldn’t find a solution that felt reliable or safe. So, I created my own. I’ve been in your shoes—frustrated, disappointed, and unsure where to turn. That’s why everything I offer is built from experience, passion, and love. I specialize in glueless closure wigs that don’t just look good—they make sense. They’re built to last, easy to maintain, and designed to give you full scalp access without sacrificing your look.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All orders are fulfilled in multiple phases to ensure the highest quality and care. Please review the breakdown below:
Order Processing: 7–15 Business Days
Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed and moves in the following phases below:
Phase 1: Payment & Review:
Your payment is processed and verified. Then, your order details are reviewed.
Phase 2: Hair & Lace Sourcing:
Bundles and lace are sourced from our trusted overseas suppliers based on your selections.
Phase 3: Quality Prep & Customization:
Once the hair arrives, it undergoes a quality check, shampoo, deep conditioning, and air-drying. If color was selected in your order, it will be completed during this phase.

For Custom Wigs: Hair & Lace is prepped for construction.

For Bundles or Closures Only: Hair is prepped, shipped and ready for arrival.
Phase 4: Wig Construction (If applicable)
Custom units are sewn on ventilated caps using the measurements provided. Each unit is fully customized per your selected preferences and arrives ready-to-wear—just cut the lace!
Phase 5 : Packaging & Fulfillment
Your order is carefully packaged and either shipped or prepped for local pickup. You’ll receive tracking details or a pickup confirmation email.

Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before your item is shipped or ready for local pickup. While most orders are completed sooner, delays may occur if certain items are temporarily out of stock. We extend this estimated timeframe to account for such rare situations. We only ship to the billing address associated with the card used at checkout. If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded for security purposes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the consumer is responsible for paying the re-postage fee. We do not reship orders more than once, so please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order. All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, including those due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or holiday slowdowns. In the rare event that your order is impacted by a delay on our end, you will be contacted directly via email or text message with an update. However, please note that such communication does not warrant a cancellation or refund, as each order is custom-processed with care and precision.
PICKUP
Your order must be paid in full in order to be picked up. Be sure to enter in the correct contact information so that you may be contacted about your order. Please only book your pickup appointment when you have received your email when your order is ready. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation email and government issued ID will be needed for pick up. You will be required to sign a pickup form. The location listed is the only location that can be used. Pick up days are Wednesday- Saturday at times listed on the booking website. If those times do not work for you, please make outreach. I will accommodate you.
AFTERPAY ORDERS
All of orders that are purchased with AfterPay must follow all the rules of this online store. Policies do not change. We will still follow our shipping and processing policies with your order​.
RETURNS
All of the hair in the collection is FINAL SALE due to health and sanitation laws. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. If you feel like your product received is defective, please email us immediately within 2 business days of receiving your order. If under unforeseen circumstances, we grant you an exchange; it will be an even exchange, and you will be responsible for all shipping fees. All hair cannot be brushed, cut, colored, washed or taken out of the wrap and band.

SALE ORDERS
All orders will not start processing until the end of the sale. All orders ship out in the way they are received. Due to the possibility of a high volume of orders, we ask a 10-business day minimum to process all orders.
​​FRAUDULENT CHARGES
If a charge back is placed after your purchase or after the delivery of your order, you are agreeing to pay all fees from the litigation that will be filed against you.

Media Consent Policy
By allowing Stitched By Whit to take photos and/or videos during your wig installation or pickup, you are granting permission for those images and recordings to be used across our social media platforms for promotional and marketing purposes.

Booking Policy Notice:
By booking with Stitched By Whit, you agree to abide by all booking policies and procedures. These policies are in place to protect both the business and our valued clients. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is filed for services rendered, you will be permanently banned from booking any future appointments and legal action will be pursued.
