Does your wig need a full refresh?

Our Wig Rejuvenation service is ideal for units that require lace replacement and a deeper transformation. This service includes:

 

  • Lace Closure replacement (Lace Closure is not included) 
  • Shampoo + Deep conditioning
  • Lace customization for your new lace
  • Desired Styling of  your choice

 

Important:

  • If you need to purchase new lace, please add your desired item to your cart. 
  • You cannot replace a 4x4 closure with a 5x5 closure. The closure replacements must be made with the original sized closure. If you desire a lace size modification, please book the Wig Reconstruction service.
  • If your wig needs a only maintenace, be sure to book the Wig Revival service instead.
  • If you’d like to add color, be sure to add your desired Color Service in your cart when booking.
  • Crimps are not included in discounted services.
  • Results are not guaranteed on wigs not originally created by Whitney

Processing Time:

Your service will begin the next business day after your wig is received. The turnaround time for this service is 7-10 business days based upon service volume. If you need it sooner, please feel free to inquire before purchasing by texting 313.207.9100.

  • Failure to provide shipping and tracking info within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation and forfeiture of 50% of your total payment.

Local Drop-Off and Pickup Instructions

If you are a local client planning to drop off your unit or hair extensions for service, please schedule your drop-off appointment as soon as possible after placing your order.

If you selected in-store pickup, please wait until you receive the “READY FOR PICKUP” email before booking your pickup appointment.
Do not schedule a pickup appointment until you have received this confirmation email, as it indicates your order is fully prepared and ready.
