Our Wig Revival service is perfect for units that need a little maintenance. This service includes:

 

  • Shampoo + Deep Conditioning of your unit
  • Desired Styling to refresh your unit’s appearance

 

If you need to add color to your unit, please be sure to add color to your cart seperately! Processing time of this service will start the next business day after we receive your unit!

 

Important: 

  • If your wig needs a new lace, be sure to book the  Wig Rejuvenation service instead.
  • If you’d like to add color, be sure to include your desired Color Service in your cart when booking.
  • Crimps are not included in discounted services.
  • Results are not guaranteed on wigs not originally created by Whitney

Processing Time:

Your service will begin the next business day after your wig is received. The turnaround time for this service is 7-10 business days based upon service volume. If you need it sooner, please feel free to inquire before purchasing by texting 313.207.9100.

Michigan Clients:

After booking, schedule your local drop-off appointment using the Local Info link or by texting 313.207.9100.

 

Out-of-State Clients:

Ship your unit within 3 business days of purchase to:

Failure to provide shipping and tracking info within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation and forfeiture of 50% of your total payment.

Local Drop-Off and Pickup Instructions

If you are a local client planning to drop off your unit for service, please schedule your drop-off appointment as soon as possible after placing your order.

If you selected in-store pickup, please wait until you receive the “READY FOR PICKUP” email before booking your pickup appointment.
Do not schedule a pickup appointment until you have received this confirmation email, as it indicates your order is fully prepared and ready.
