This service is for clients who are ready to part ways with their current construction and start fresh.
What's Included:
- Wig takedown
- Shampoo + Deep Conditioning
- Product buildup removal
- Separation of wefts
Important:
- Crimps are not included in sale services.
- Processing will begin the next business day after your unit is received.
- Your wig must be made with traditional wefts and a lace closure.
- We do not service wigs from Amazon or overseas vendors.

Local Drop-Off and Pickup Instructions
If you are a local client planning to drop off your unit or hair extensions for service, please schedule your drop-off appointment as soon as possible after placing your order.
If you selected in-store pickup, please wait until you receive the “READY FOR PICKUP” email before booking your pickup appointment.
Do not schedule a pickup appointment until you have received this confirmation email, as it indicates your order is fully prepared and ready.
If the available appointment times do not fit your schedule, feel free to text me directly, and I will my best to accommodate your needs.
