If you’re local and need to drop off your unit, we kindly ask that you schedule your drop-off appointment at your earliest convenience after placing your order for service. For in-store pickups, please wait to book your appointment until you’ve received the “READY FOR PICKUP” email. This email confirms that your order is complete and ready to be picked up.
Please do not schedule your pickup appointment before receiving this confirmation.
